01

Our commitment

TechEmulsion LLC does not send unsolicited bulk email. We do not let anyone advertise our website or services through unsolicited bulk email. This applies to our staff, contractors, affiliates, partners, and anyone acting on our behalf.

02

What we mean by unsolicited bulk email

Unsolicited bulk email is any message sent in volume to people who have no relationship with us and no reasonable business reason to receive it. We do not send it and we do not pay anyone else to send it.

03

How we contact people

We contact business recipients directly, one at a time, about their own business. Every message we send meets all of the following:

  1. 01

It is addressed to a named person at a named business, not to a purchased or scraped list of unverified addresses.

  2. 02

It identifies TechEmulsion LLC as the sender and includes our registered business address.

  3. 03

It uses a real, monitored reply address. We do not use false or forged headers, sender names, or routing information.

  4. 04

It uses a subject line that accurately describes the message.

  5. 05

It includes a clear way to opt out.

  6. 06

It is about our own services. We do not send email for third-party advertisers.

04

Opting out

Any recipient can opt out at any time by replying to the message or by emailing contact@techemulsion.com. We honor every opt-out request. Once you opt out, your address and your company domain go on a permanent suppression list and no TechEmulsion domain sends you another message.

We act on opt-out requests right away and no later than ten business days, as the CAN-SPAM Act requires.

05

List practices

We do not buy, rent, sell, trade, or share email lists. We do not use scraped or harvested addresses. Where we source business contact data from third-party providers, we verify it before use and remove any address that bounces or that has opted out before.

06

Affiliates and third parties

We do not run an affiliate program for our website. No third party is authorized to promote TechEmulsion or any TechEmulsion domain through unsolicited email. Any party found doing so has their relationship with us ended.

07

Compliance

Our outbound email practices are designed to comply with the United States CAN-SPAM Act of 2003, the Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where it applies.

08

Reporting abuse

If you receive a message that you believe breaks this policy, or that seems to advertise a TechEmulsion domain without authorization, report it to contact@techemulsion.com. Include the full message headers so we can find the source. We investigate every report and respond within two business days.

09

Our sending domains

TechEmulsion sends email from techemulsion.com and from a small number of additional domains used for business development. All of them are covered by this policy.
