In both models you own the client relationship. Proposals, emails, pricing, and support. We are the engineering behind it, not a vendor your client talks to.
Scoped build, fixed deliverable
You bring one defined build for one client. A chatbot, a workflow, a dashboard. We scope it, quote it, and ship it on a set date. You set the client price. You pay us the wholesale side.
Ongoing capacity across your client roster
A set block of our team's time each month, spread across your client builds. No re-scoping and re-quoting from zero each time. Works well once you sell AI builds to more than one or two clients at once.
On pricing: you set what you charge your client. We are not in that conversation. What you pay us is scoped on a discovery call, per project or per retainer, based on the build and your volume. We do not publish a rate card because margins vary too much by agency for one number to be honest.
We stay invisible. On purpose.
Signed before any client work
A mutual NDA is in place before we see anything private. Pricing, client lists, your processes, or the build's technical details.
No direct contact, no attribution
We do not join client calls, send client emails, or show up in credits, metadata, or support channels. Unless you ask us to.
